PRECAUTIONS FOR DELIVERY

Central Coast: Friday
Your preferred delivery time is only used as a guide and not guaranteed. We will try to deliver within your preferred date.
The delivery company will send you estimated time of arrival and the link for trucking your order via SMS and email the day (usually afternoon) before your delivery date.
The delivery company will contact you if they cannot deliver to your preferred date as it may be affected due to traffic, weather, etc.
If you are not present at the delivery address and time, The delivery company will arrange the delivery again but you need to pay an extra fee of $15.
* $20 for Newcastle, Central Coast and Wollongong.
The cut off time for next day delivery is 11:00am, Monday delivery is Friday 11:00am
For customers in Newcastle, Central Coast and Wollongong :
You need to choose a preferred time to get through the ordering process. But unfortunately time frames are not available in this area. It will depend on how many deliveries a driver has for all customers. The ETA will be determined the night prior and customers will be notified by SMS of the approximate delivery time then.
